Youth Education (Alternative Choices for Teens/ACT)

Alternative Choices for Teens (ACT) is a youth education group for individuals under the age of 18 that have completed an assessment which indicates a need for substance abuse education. ACT is held at the Cedar Rapids Prevention Office on the first and second Mondays of each month from 6-10pm. If a minimum number of participants is not met, attendees will be rescheduled for the following month.

The fee for clients referred to the ACT class is based on the sliding fee scale with the minimum fee being $50, and the maximum fee being $125.
