There is no charge for a crisis session, by phone or in one of our offices and any information shared with us is strictly confidential.

If you want to speak in-person to a counselor about yourself or a loved one, or just have questions about recovery, please stop into one of our offices during the following office hours.

If you need a substance abuse evaluation please stop into one of our offices during the following walk-in assessment hours. All walk-in assessments are first come, first serve and may be limited due to counselor availability. We will do our best accommodate all walk-ins, in the event that all of our slots have been filled you may be asked to wait or to schedule an appointment within 24 hours.

We have a sliding fee scale for assessments and treatment sessions that is based on family size and income. To qualify for the sliding fee scale you will need to provide proof of household income. We also accept Title 19 and private insurance.

After office hours and on week-ends, call the Foundation 2 Crisis Center at 1-800-332-4224.

Self-Assessment Questionnaire

If you believe you may have an alcohol or drug problem, you can take a confidential on-line assessment from Recoveration. If your score shows that you should seek treatment, call ASAC’s main office at (319) 390-4611, or any of our other offices, and ask to talk to a counselor.
