ASAC Locations and Services

The Area Substance Abuse Council provides comprehensive substance abuse prevention and treatment services to a five county area that includes Benton, Clinton, Jackson, Jones and Linn County. In addition to our stated office hours, appointments and treatment groups can be scheduled outside of our normal business hours. All of ASAC’s residential and halfway house treatment programs are 24-hour facilities.

ASAC’s transitional housing program for recovering families is a 24 unit apartment complex that includes sixteen 2- bedroom units, and eight 3– bedroom units. Each apartment includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. There is also a playground for the children, and a Community room for gatherings.The Way Home accepts Section 8 vouchers.
